Anyone with a fairly high-priced Adobe Photoshop can transform his or her photos into works of fine art.  With a little practice and patience a rather plain photograph can have the look of watercolor, oil painting or colored pencil.  The image is first created from the camera, taking the photograph, making the exact and perfect composition.  Scanning the image into the computer is the second step with the correct resolutions and pixilation.  Third, after dusting and cleaning the image, I am now ready to once again use this image to create a view that cannot be recreated by anyone.
