I love macro photography.  It produces some of my favorite photographs.  The end product is entertaining, vibrant, intriguing.  Do I sharpen the background, or leave it blurry?  Do I focus in on one particular intricate detail, or include the whole flower?  No matter how you do it, it is a gift of delicate textures arranged so carefully for us to enjoy.
